• Password reset
• Office 365, Clever and other learning tools
• Wi-Fi hot spots (Note: Glenkirk is not an official hot spot, but the signal is accessible from the bus loop and parking lot close to the school.)

PWCS Device Software Updates
A recent PWCS IT Security update allows devices to receive future updates even when not connected to the PWCS network.

• Students and staff with devices received prior to the summer must bring the devices to any PWCS parking lot and login to receive the update. Allow approximately 30 minutes to load.
• Devices received at the start of the Fall semester are already updated and no further steps will be necessary to receive future updates.
