Mrs. Coniglio is excited to be in her second year as an elementary school counselor with Prince William County Public Schools. She brings 17 years of school counseling experience, including 15 years at the high school level in both Fairfax County and Loudoun County Public Schools before making the transition to elementary counseling.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her Masters of Education in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining PWCS, Mrs. Coniglio was a charter member of a new high school, where she helped establish many of the school's counseling programs and services.
As the school's full-time counselor, Mrs. Coniglio works closely with the part-time school counselor to support all students. Because they share all grade levels and caseloads, students and families may work with either counselor throughout the year.
Outside of school, Mrs. Coniglio has been married for 15 years and is the proud parent of four children in 7th grade, 4th grade, 1st grade, and a busy 2-year-old. She enjoys gardening, working out, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her children at their games. Much of her free time is spent at sports fields supporting her and favorite athletes!
Ms. Lindsey is a part-time school counselor with 15 years of counseling experience and is currently in my 7th year as a school counselor, serving students across all grade levels. This is her second year at Glenkirk Elementary School, where she works closely with the full-time school counselor to support the social-emotional, mental health, and academic needs of all students. Together, they strive to create a positive and supportive school environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from George Mason University and is passionate about helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to reach their full potential. She previously worked at a charter school for Preschool through 12th grade for 5 years supporting social emotional, mental health, and academic support for all students. Working closely with teachers, administration, and families to encourage and support community within the school.
When she's not at school, she is an avid Harry Potter fan and a proud parent of four children ranging from third grade to a college junior. She is excited for another great school year and look forward to seeing our students grow, celebrate their successes, and accomplish their goals.
